The DSi is not a new system... is a new revision of the DS, kinda like the PSP-1000, PSP-2000 and PSP-3000.

Like some of you guys said, Fragile sold 45% of the initial shipment on the first day of his release (even N4G posted a few days ago the report about the first day sales in Japan).
Now with the final results for the week, Fragile sold about 85% of the initial shipment in just 6 days. That's not a flop at all, specially in Japan. That's more than most PS3 games.

Did you see the NPD Software Sales for December 2008? And did you see the software sales report for all 2008?
The Wii was the console who sold most software. PS3 owners are really the ones not buying enough software. Not even first party exclusive games.
I actually ordered my copy of Tatsunoko vs Capcom last monday... it should arrive probably next week. The game looks great, and even if I'm going to buy the JP version, I hope the game get a US localization.
In the Capcom forums, the PR guys said a few weeks ago that they are actually planning to bring the game to US, so there still hope for a locaization.

Well... the difference between the Nintendo service and the 360 and PS3 service is that Nintendo will offer only original content, like cartoons and family oriented stuff and anime.
So, it's actually a wise decision. I have a 360 too, and of course, if Nintendo offers the same videos and movies as the 360, the obvious choice would be Netflix basically because the HD.
But Nintendo will go the other way, offering original content: The Legend of Zelda cartoons, Mari...

Sorry, but you are wrong. The highest rated exclusive game this gen is still Super Mario Galaxy, according to both Metacritic and Gamerankings.
And if you are talking about exclusives only, the Wii has 5 titles with an average score of 90+ and the PS3 has only 2.

The DSi is not region locked. You can still play your imported copies of Ouendan or Jump Superstar on an american DSi.
